A large commercial building comprising A1 retail space and offices with a somewhat disjointed layout, due to a number of extensions over the years. Rudgelake Properties conducted a feasability study of the development potential on behalf of the client and found that the layout could be improved upon to suit requirements, whilst also providing a separate 3 bedroom maisonette. An application was submitted and planning consent was granted by Mole Valley District Council.
